[Verse 1]GDD7GCG
Footprints of Jesus, leading the way,
GEmADD7
Footprints of Jesus, by night and by day;
GG7CAm
I’m sure if I follow, my life will be sweet!
GDGCG
For I am saved by the prints of His wound-ed feet.
[Verse 2]GDD7GCG
They led to Bethany, there's where He stayed;
GEmADD7
They led to Gethsemane, there's where he prayed;
GG7CAm
They led to Calvary, salvation complete,
GDGCG
And I am saved by the prints of His wounded feet.
[Verse 3]GDD7GCG
Once I was lost, He heard my cry;
GEmADD7
He left His Father's mansion on High;
GG7CAm
He took my burden, and now I can sing
GDGCG
Glory to God, Glory to God, I’m a child of the King.
[Verse 4]GDD7GCG
Daniel saw in Him a great rolling stone;
GEmADD7
Isaiah saw Him tread the wine press alone;
GG7CAm
If we someday our dear Savior would meet,
GDGCG
Follow His feet, follow the prints of His wounded feet.
[Verse 5]GDD7GCG
That's how I know Him, that's why I say,
GEmADD7
Jesus is leading me, all the way;
GG7CAm
I shall reach Heaven's portals so sweet,
GDGCG
Led by His feet, Led by the prints of His wounded feet.
